Terms of Service

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent activity.

License Grant: When you purchase a Sound Pack, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the audio files in your own musical productions and creative projects, as detailed in our License Agreement.

Permitted Uses: You may use the sounds in original compositions, beats, songs, sync placements (film, TV, games, ads), YouTube videos, streaming platforms, podcasts, livestreams, and any commercial or non-commercial project. You keep 100% of your earnings from works incorporating these sounds.

Restrictions: You may NOT resell, redistribute, or share the raw audio files as standalone samples or sample packs. You may NOT claim authorship of the original samples. You may NOT use the samples in competing sample pack products. You may NOT sub-license the raw audio files to third parties.

AI Training Prohibition: You may NOT use any Sound Packs purchased on GRIFFE, in whole or in part, as training data for artificial intelligence or machine learning models, including but not limited to generative audio models, without the express written consent of the original producer.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in BRL (R$) and represent the total price including applicable taxes. The complete price is shown before checkout confirmation.

Content Ownership & Warranty: By uploading content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own all rights to the audio files or have proper authorization to license them; (b) the content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (c) the content does not contain unauthorized samples from copyrighted works; and (d) you have the legal right to grant the licenses described herein.

License to GRIFFE: You grant GRIFFE a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to display, promote, distribute, and make available your content on the Platform. This license is limited to operating and marketing the marketplace and does not transfer ownership.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GRIFFE, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from: (a) your content infringing third-party rights; (b) your breach of the warranties above; or (c) any dispute with a buyer regarding your content.

Commission: GRIFFE retains a platform fee on each sale. The exact rate is communicated in your producer dashboard and may be updated with 30 days prior written notice. Changes apply only to sales made after the effective date.

Payouts: Earnings are paid via PIX to your registered bank account. Payouts are processed according to the schedule in your dashboard. You are solely responsible for your own tax obligations, including ISS, income tax declarations, and NFS-e issuance where applicable.

Content Removal: GRIFFE reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms, infringes intellectual property rights, is flagged through a DMCA takedown request, or is deemed inappropriate at our sole discretion. Removal does not entitle the producer to compensation for lost sales.

In accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC, Art. 49), consumers may exercise the right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days of purchase for products that have NOT been downloaded. No justification is required. The full amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Once a digital download has been initiated, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as the digital content has been consumed. The buyer is clearly informed of and must consent to this condition at checkout before completing the purchase.

Regardless of download status, refunds are always available for: corrupted files, content that does not match the product description, or technical failures in delivery. See our Refund Policy for full details.

The GRIFFE brand, logo, and platform design are proprietary to [RAZAO_SOCIAL]. Sound Pack content is owned by respective producers. Under Brazilian copyright law (Lei 9.610/98), moral rights of creators are non-transferable — producers always retain authorship rights over their original works.

GRIFFE complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and Brazilian copyright law. We respond promptly to valid takedown notices. See our DMCA & Copyright Policy for procedures.

Buyer Access on Takedown: If a Sound Pack you purchased is subject to a valid DMCA takedown or copyright claim, your access to that content may be revoked. In such cases, GRIFFE will make reasonable efforts to provide a refund for the affected purchase.

GRIFFE acts as an intermediary marketplace. While we moderate content and respond to reports, producers are primarily responsible for the legality and quality of their uploads.

GRIFFE provides the Platform "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GRIFFE's total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, with or without notice, depending on the severity of the violation. You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings.

Upon account termination: (a) producer content will be removed from the Platform; (b) unfulfilled payouts above the minimum threshold will be processed within 30 days; (c) existing buyer licenses for previously purchased Sound Packs remain valid; and (d) you remain liable for any obligations incurred prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Sao Paulo, State of Sao Paulo, Brazil, without prejudice to the consumer's right to file a claim in their own domicile under the CDC (Art. 101, I).

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of future enforcement.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, License Agreement, and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GRIFFE regarding the Platform.
