Every sound pack on GRIFFE comes with a simple, perpetual royalty-free license. Buy once, use forever. No licensing tiers or hidden fees.
When you purchase a sound pack on GRIFFE, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use the audio files in your own productions. There are no ongoing royalty payments, no revenue splits, and no usage limits on the number of projects.
This license is structured as a "licenciamento" under Brazilian copyright law (Lei 9.610/98, Arts. 49-50). The producer (seller) retains ownership and moral rights over the original samples. The buyer receives authorized usage rights as described above.
Do I need to credit the producer?
No. Credit is appreciated but not required under the royalty-free license.
Can I use these in tracks I sell on BeatStars?
Yes! You can sell beats and songs made with GRIFFE samples on any platform. You keep 100% of your beat licensing revenue.
Is there a limit on how many projects I can use them in?
No. The license is perpetual and unlimited. Use in as many projects as you want.
Can my collaborators also use the samples?
The license is granted to the purchaser only. Each collaborator who wants to use the raw samples in their own separate projects should purchase their own copy. However, you can freely share the finished track that incorporates the samples.
