GRIFFE sells digital audio products including drum kits, sample packs, one-shots, loops, and sound effects ("Sound Packs"). Due to the nature of digital downloads, our refund policy follows the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC) with specific provisions for digital content, as established by Decree 7.962/2013.
Full refund guaranteed within 7 days
In accordance with Art. 49 of the CDC, if you have NOT downloaded the purchased files, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. No justification is required. The refund will include the full amount paid, monetarily corrected if applicable.
No refund after download
Once you initiate the download of a digital product, the right of withdrawal does not apply, as the digital content has been consumed and cannot be returned. At checkout, you will be clearly informed of this condition and must expressly consent before completing your purchase, in compliance with CDC Art. 49 and Decree 7.962/2013.
